We wanted to spend Labor Day weekend with our very best friends so as you know then, we ended up where else in the AZ. I think we are the only ones who brave the arizona heat and go see Amy, Jason, and Ryan in the summer. Which really it was hotter at our house this weekend than there so ha ha.
Here we are at the start of the trip and yes we are finally in a "Big Girl" carseat and boy does it make a differance. She just loves it now that she can see the world (and it doesn't hurt that we leave at 5 am :) )
Sydney saw lightning for the first time! Look at that brooding sky.
And this was what was waiting for us at the other end YAY Ryan!!
