Sydney Katherine loves her boys. She can spot a boy from a mile away. Then after she spots them she will stare them down until they look her way then it's all over. She will talk, kiss, hug cuddle what ever as long as they will let her. We better watch out. Hanging out with Uncle Juan

Palm Springs Day 2

Our 2nd day in Palm Springs was filled with sun, pool and more pool. It was really very nice in PS this week not like you would expect for the middle of August. So we were able to spend all day at the pool which was awesome especially when you get your drinks delivered poolside. Sydney loved eating the pineapple from them and flirting with the waiters. Sydney and I braved the waterslide not once but twice.

Palm Springs Day 1

We were lucky enough to get away to Palm Springs for a few days before the new school year starts. We stayed at the beautiful Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa. This place was spectacular. Everyone was so friendly which is great when you have a social butterfly like Sydney who loves to talk to everyone. Here is our first day. Sporting the shades while hanging at the "little pool"

While out at dinner we ran in to some funny statues. Sydney's new thing is to come up and grab your nose and yell "NOSE" As you can see she hit the jackpot!!

Ryan's B-Day Bash

This weekend was Ryan's 1st Birthday. We had so much fun. There were so many little friends (all girls except for 3 wk. old Isaac) to play with.

Dinner with Grandpa

We are so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents. Sydney's grandpa makes sure to see her (and the rest of us) at least every other week, even though he is constantly traveling between here and Texas with business. Here we are at dinner and Sydney getting in some snuggle time.

Ummm Pizza

Now I know this child is part me. One big thing Mommy and Sydney K. have in common is their LOVE for pizza. Really it is the worlds most perfect food, meat cheese and bread YUM, and to top it off you can eat it with one hand. Now really who can argue with that?

"Spring" Time

This afternoon we spent the day with our friend Spring .We went over to beat the heat and swim with her and the boy's. Can I just tell you how much Sydney loves those Walker boys (Spring has 3 boys), but she is especially drawn to Christopher so Tatiana better watch out or Sydney will steal her boyfriend.

Daddy's and their Girls

I couldn't help but post this. It was from the 4th of July ( I actually swiped it from Ryan's blog THANKS :) ) It is just a totally cute picture of the Daddies with their female clones. It is scary how much the girls are just like their dads in looks and personality. No wonder they are already best friends just like their dads. Now all we need is to get them back from Arizona. Sydney was literally in her daddy's shoes. Now that we have finally gotten her to wear shoes she is constantly going around the house picking up random shoes saying "shh shh" and gets very angry if you do not put them on her or yourself for that matter. Here she discovered daddy's shoes and wanted them on (of course) but every time she tried to walk her foot would come out . As you can see she was not a happy little girl . Oh well Sydney you have to wait a while longer to try to fill those shoes.

Do I look like my daddy or what? and I totally have dad's personality too. ( Very stubborn and we like to do things our way). Some times mommy wonders if I'm even hers ;)

Boo Boo

Ouch! Why is it the first Boo Boo is always on the nose. I got this lovely little scrape sitting on a beach chair and I leaned to give grammy a hug and kissed the concrete instead.
