A room fit for a princess

One room almost down.  We went from Spider-Man to Princess in just a few weeks.  Sydney's favorite colors are pink and purple so that's what we gave her and we will be adding a white chair rail to finish it off.

The Cave

And now the cave is transformed... with lots of arm breaking work we finally have gotten rid of the nasty brown walls, it only took some re-texturing (which I can now say I am pretty darn good at) and a million gallons of primer.

Now they are a lovely celery"ish" with a light butter cream accent wall. Okay all we need now are floors and some base boards

One Last Summer Outing

It was such nice weather we had to have one last summer outing (and a definite break from home renovation) , so the whole family went to Raging Waters and had a blast. Sydney with her cousin Mikayla

First Football Game

So call me strange I am 34 years old and just went to my FIRST high school football game, and it wasn't even for the game Tatiana (as I have posted) made her schools' color gaurd team and their 1st half time preformance was last weekend. Oh and the game was pretty good to, we spanked Alta Loma 34 to 10 ... Go Chaffey Tigers

Pool Renovation

When we first were looking for a house I so wanted a pool it was one of my "must haves", though the house we got had a pool I was afraid it was beyond help, but my fab honey said "we'll make it work" (I did not tell him that was A great (gay) stylish old guy's famous line) and know what he did, he is also now best buds with the team at Leslie's Pool Supply too :)
